About The Position
Walmart is hiring a local CDL-A Driver based in Casa Grande, Arizona. The role averages 8–15 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load. Freight is mostly no-touch and live-unload. Drivers operate automatic day-cab trucks in a slip-seat operation; trucks cannot be taken home. Daily transportation to the Casa Grande facility is required. Drivers are home daily and must be flexible to work any shift. Compensation includes mileage band pay, stop pay, and detention pay, with average weekly pay of $1,250 and top weekly pay of $1,550. Average annual pay is $65,360 and top annual pay is $79,818. A $1,000 holiday start bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Reliable daily transportation to the Casa Grande facility.
Responsibilities
- Transport 8–15 loads per week, averaging 3–4 stops per load.
- Handle mostly no-touch, live-unload freight.
- Operate automatic day-cab trucks in a slip-seat operation.
- Work any shift as needed and return home daily.
