About The Position
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Walmart fleet in Casa Grande, Arizona. The role offers local routes and daily home time. Drivers earn average weekly earnings of $1,256, with top weekly earnings of $1,534; average annual earnings are $65,360, with top annual earnings of $79,818. Additional compensation includes mileage band pay, stop pay, detention pay, and a $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus for qualified new hires. Drivers average 8–15 loads per week, with approximately 3–4 stops per load. Deliveries are to Walmart stores and are mostly no-touch freight with live unloading. The trucks are automatic-transmission day cabs operated on a slip-seat basis. Drivers must commute to the distribution center daily; trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers must be available to work any shift and able to work weekends.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Driving experience: the description states both 3 years of driving experience and a minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the distribution center daily.
- Comfort with slip-seat operations.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Must be reliable and safety-focused.
- No SAP drivers.
