About The Position
Local CDL-A Drivers deliver dedicated grocery freight to Walmart stores from Casa Grande, serving locations within a 225-mile radius. The freight is mostly no-touch and live-unloaded. Drivers average 8–15 loads per week, with approximately 3–4 stops per load. The operation uses automatic day-cab trucks. Drivers are home daily and must commute to the distribution center each day. This is a slip-seat operation, so trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers must be available for any shift and able to work weekends. Pay includes mileage-band pay, stop pay, and detention pay, with weekly pay. Average earnings are $1,256 per week ($65,360 annually), and top earners make up to $1,534 per week ($79,818 annually). A $1,000 Holiday Start Bonus is offered. Eight openings are available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
- Must be available for any shift.
Responsibilities
