About The Position

DBA Construction Inc. is hiring a full-time Class A CDL Driver to operate 10-wheel dump trucks, Super 16 dump trucks, water trucks, and flatbeds for hauling. Work hours vary depending on the job and time of year. The role requires working outdoors in all seasonal conditions and being willing to work nights and weekends if necessary. Salary is DOE.

Requirements

Class A CDL license.
At least 3 years of experience as a CDL driver; the posting asks whether applicants have three or more years of dump or water truck driving experience.
Clean driving record for a minimum of 36 months.
Reliable transportation.
Able to work well with others.
Willing to labor and work in all seasonal outdoor conditions.
Able to work nights and weekends if necessary.
Can-do attitude and team mentality.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Able to pass a seven-year criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
Report repairs needed as soon as possible.
Clean and fuel the truck at the end of the shift.
Secure equipment properly for transport and tarp all loads.
Maintain fluid levels, grease equipment points as necessary, and keep equipment free of debris.
Complete the daily inspection report and submit it to the Shop Supervisor at the end of the shift.
Operate 10-wheel dump trucks, Super 16 dump trucks, water trucks, and flatbeds for hauling.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
