About The Position

This position is for a CDL-A holder with dry van experience. The company emphasizes a driver-focused environment. The territory for this role is concentrated East of I-35, with New York City and its five boroughs permanently excluded from dispatch. The freight is hands-free, meaning no touching or unloading is required, with seven out of ten loads being pre-staged for drop-and-hook, and the remaining loads handled by dock workers. The role offers a structured rotation of 12 consecutive days driving followed by 2 days off. Pet and passenger programs are available from the first dispatch. Trucks are late model (2022 or newer) Kenworth or Freightliner with automatic transmissions and auxiliary power units, assigned to one driver with take-home privileges.

Requirements

• CDL-A license holder.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer, OR completion of an accredited CDL school program (minimum 120-hour certificate).
• Motor vehicle record that reflects professional driving habits.
• Background that clears standard carrier review.
• Current DOT medical certificate.
• Clean drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer in a dry van capacity.
• Adhere to a structured rotation of 12 days driving and 2 days off.

• Participate in a paid training program for new drivers.
• Engage in OTR mentorship for 4 to 6 weeks.
