About The Position

Drive for a dedicated regional retail account operating out of the Phoenix, Arizona distribution center. The position averages approximately 1,800 miles per week, with lanes covering Arizona, Southern California and San Diego (excluding Los Angeles), Las Vegas, and Utah. Drivers make early-morning store deliveries and unload freight using roll carts or by stacking loose boxes onto carts with a liftgate. Unloading takes approximately 1–2 hours per stop. Drivers are home weekly, with the possibility of additional mid-week home time on local Arizona runs. Friday deliveries in Utah provide home time Saturday night through Monday. Dispatches are mostly on weekdays, with occasional weekend or holiday work as needed. Day and night shifts are available. Drivers must live within 50 miles of ZIP code 85340.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
Trainees must have at least 120 accredited school hours; no driving experience is required for trainees.
Experienced drivers must have 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months or 12 months of experience in the past 5 years.
Pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screens.
Have a clean driving record, pass a background check, and hold a valid DOT Medical Card.
Drivers with SAP are not eligible.
Live within 50 miles of ZIP code 85340.

Responsibilities

Drive regional routes for a dedicated retail account.
Make early-morning store deliveries across Arizona, Southern California and San Diego (excluding Los Angeles), Las Vegas, and Utah.
Unload deliveries, primarily using roll carts and sometimes stacking loose boxes onto carts with a liftgate.
Operate late-model sleeper trucks and 53-foot trailers equipped with liftgates.
