About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Driver for our local grocery run out of Opelika, Alabama. This position offers 100% home daily, no-touch freight, and flexible schedule options to meet your financial goals. You will be pulling loaded grocery trailers across regional metro lanes, delivering to store networks around Atlanta, Birmingham, and South Georgia. The role involves a mix of standard live loads, live unloads, and drop-and-hook, with no physical labor required. This is a slip-seat account, sharing daycabs with drivers on opposite shifts, and runs include backhauls on return trips with standard dock wait times. We offer both Day Shifts and Night Shifts, with weekend work and holiday dispatches being standard.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record.
- Must reside within 40 miles of Opelika, AL (Zip Code: 36801).
- Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen.
- 0 months experience welcome (Trainee Tier).
- First-seat experienced drivers fully considered (Experienced Tier).
