American Driver is recruiting CDL A drivers in the Southaven, MS area for OTR positions that include a fully paid training program. Southaven's location near the Memphis freight corridor makes it a strong starting point for drivers looking to build consistent miles on Eastern routes. Training is paid from day one. After completion, expect steady freight and a predictable weekly paycheck.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Age 21+
• Completed a minimum of 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
• Clean driving record — no major violations last 3 years
• No DUI within 5 years
• Must pass urine and hair follicle screening

Responsibilities

• Complete a 4-6 week paid training program with an experienced mentor.
• Gain real-world training on live freight.
• Transition to solo driving upon completion of training.
• Operate late-model Freightliner or Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs.
• Transport no-touch dry van freight, with 60% drop and hook.
• Maintain a predictable dispatch with minimal downtime.
• Adhere to consistent home time every two weeks.
