About The Position
We are seeking experienced CDL-A solo drivers for a local lane operating exclusively within California. This position offers an average annual salary of $81,000.00 - $87,100.00, equivalent to $0.52 per mile, with an average of 854 miles per week. The shift runs from Friday to Tuesday, with start times between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Drivers can expect 10-14 hour workdays. This role includes a 6th working and paid day, with Thanksgiving and Christmas being optional holidays. The freight is no-touch, involving a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Current DOT medical card.
- Verifiable and recent trailer driving experience.
- Good employment record.
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations in the last 3 years.
- Drug-free status (SAP candidates are not accepted).
- Hazmat endorsement required.
Responsibilities
