INTERMODAL LANE NEEDS CDL-A DRIVERS

About The Position
This is a regional intermodal lane for solo drivers with at least 3 months of experience. The lane runs approximately 1,700 miles per week on average and covers Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Kentucky, Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana. Selected drivers must obtain a Hazmat endorsement by their 60th day. Schedules and shifts may vary and are primarily determined by seniority. Drivers will be out for 5 days and then have 36-48 hours of rest. Approximately 50% of the freight is drop and hook.
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- At least 3 months of driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle on a regional intermodal lane.
- Drive an average of 1,700 miles per week.
- Cover the states of TN, AR, MS, LA, AL, KY, MO, IL, and IN.
- Obtain Hazmat endorsement by the 60th day of employment.
- Manage drop and hook freight.
