About The Position

We are seeking a CDL-A driver for a semi-local lane operating between California and Washington. This position is for a solo driver with at least 3 months of experience. The lane averages 2,873 miles per week, with drivers working Monday to Friday, typically 11-hour days. Layover opportunities occur 2-3 times per week. Drivers must be prepared to chain tires as weather conditions require. This is a no-touch freight position.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age.
Valid Class A CDL.
Current DOT medical card.
At least 3 months of verifiable and recent trailer driving experience.
Good employment record.
Clean driving record with no more than 2 accidents or violations in the last 3 years.
Must be drug-free; SAP candidates are not accepted.

Willingness and ability to chain tires as weather dictates.

Responsibilities

Operate a commercial vehicle on a semi-local lane between CA and WA.
Drive an average of 2,873 miles per week.
Complete routes Monday through Friday, with daily shifts of approximately 13 hours.
Perform layovers 2-3 times per week as required.
Chain tires as weather conditions dictate.
Transport freight without direct handling (no-touch freight).
