CDL-A Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome - Paid Training
About The Position
We are looking for CDL-A Drivers, and we welcome new CDL graduates. We offer paid training and a clear path to building your career. New drivers will receive paid weekly training with an experienced trainer, focusing on real freight, routes, and coaching. Once you are solo, you can expect a guaranteed weekly pay for the first 3 months, with the average weekly earnings increasing as you gain experience. Drivers will average 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week, with additional pay for stops and short loads. A monthly performance bonus is also offered. The schedule provides home time every two weeks, and all runs are east of Denver, with no Northeast routes.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- Proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Valid license
- 3 years of verifiable work history
- 2 moving violations or fewer in 2 years
- No major preventable accidents in 5 years
- Clean DUI/DWI history for 5 to 10 years
- Able to pass hair and urine drug testing
