About The Position

Drive for a temperature-controlled fleet that hires new CDL holders. The position includes 4 to 6 weeks of training, followed by solo driving. Drivers travel 1,900 to 2,500 miles per week solo, do not unload freight, and are home every two weeks. Riders and pets are allowed after training. Compensation includes training pay, a guaranteed weekly rate during the first three months solo, average weekly earnings, short-haul pay, and a monthly performance bonus.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old.
New drivers must have 120 or more hours at an accredited CDL school.
Experienced drivers must have 6 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 5 years; DD214 experience is considered.
No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no serious violations in the last 12 months.
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 to 10 years.
Pass hair and urine drug tests.
Provide 3 years of verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

Drive a temperature-controlled truck, including solo routes of 1,900 to 2,500 miles per week.
Complete 4 to 6 weeks of training before solo driving.
Transport freight without unloading it.
Follow the schedule that provides home time every two weeks.
