About The Position

Drive refrigerated freight from Corinth, near Memphis, a major hub for the fleet. New drivers receive 4 to 6 weeks of training with an experienced mentor and earn $850 per week during training, plus $300 for orientation, which takes two days or less. After training, drivers receive a $1,000 weekly guarantee for their first three months, with average weekly pay of $1,300 to $1,500 and $25 stop pay. Drivers typically run 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week on Texas-to-Tennessee, Illinois, and Georgia lanes, handling drop-and-hook and live loads. Home time is about every two weeks.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Class A CDL.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Experienced drivers must have 6 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 5 years.
• Have no more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years and no serious violations in the past 12 months.
• Have no major preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
• Have no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.
• Provide 3 years of verifiable work history.

Responsibilities
