About The Position

Admiral Beverage is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver for a local delivery route based in Springville, Utah. The driver delivers products to stores, provides customer service, handles merchandise displays and product returns, and manages the safe loading and delivery of freight. The position requires a valid Class A license and meeting company driver qualifications. It also involves physical work, including frequently lifting or moving up to 70 pounds and occasionally exerting force up to 100 pounds with the aid of a hand truck or other manual lifting device. The role includes recording delivery, buy-back, and variance information; operating hand trucks or electric pallet jacks; stocking and arranging merchandise; collecting empty containers and rejected or unsold products; securing loads; and maintaining and cleaning the truck. Requirements

Valid Class A license.
Must meet company driver qualifications.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and occasionally exert force up to 100 pounds with the aid of a hand truck or other manual lifting device.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to stores on an established local route.
Provide excellent customer service to store owners and customers.
Resolve complaints and discrepancies effectively.
Record delivery, buy-back, and variance information on the daily delivery record.
Operate hand trucks and/or electric pallet jacks.
Display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and sales floors, including assembling displays and arranging products according to point-of-sale materials.
Place price and descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floors.
Clean shelves, coolers, and other display structures regularly.
Transfer products from rooms to designated floor or cooler displays using sell-by dates.
Collect or pick up empty containers and rejected or unsold merchandise.
Manage the loading, unloading, and securing of delivery loads.
Obtain or provide customer signatures for pickups or deliveries.
Clean the inside of the truck.
Perform daily truck inspections and routine fluid, air, and oil maintenance.
Wear company-provided uniforms and safety devices as appropriate.
Perform other duties assigned by a supervisor.
