About The Position

Admiral Beverage is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver for its locally owned Pepsi distribution center in Missoula, Montana. The driver delivers Pepsi products on assigned local routes, completes route documentation and invoicing, and manages product accountability and settlements. The role also involves customer service and merchandising at stores, including stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotions, rotating products, and troubleshooting customer issues. Drivers use pallet jacks or hand trucks and handheld devices, and perform frequent heavy lifting in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The position offers local routes and a four-day, 10-hour schedule, with employees home daily. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
Ability to drive a manual-transmission tractor.
Clean motor vehicle record and commitment to safe driving.
Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly.
Customer-service orientation, organization, accuracy, and a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 140 pounds.
Pass a background check to begin employment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes.
Make timely and accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork and invoicing.
Manage product accountability and settlements.
Represent the business at customer locations and build relationships with store managers and staff.
Stock shelves, build displays, set up in-store promotions, and rotate products.
Troubleshoot customer issues at delivery stops.
Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy.
