About The Position

This dedicated account offers Las Vegas drivers the opportunity to earn between $1,600 to $1,700 per week, with home time twice a week. The role involves early-morning store deliveries on regional lanes connecting Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Diego, and Utah. Drivers are paid on all loaded miles, and new CDL graduates are welcome and will receive training. Deliveries are primarily made using roll carts with some loose boxes, and unloads typically take 1 to 2 hours per stop. Weekend deliveries are rare. The company provides a driver leader for support on the road and plans loads for drivers. After applying, a recruiter will contact you the same business day to review your license and record. Orientation lasts a maximum of 2 days, with hotel and bus ticket reimbursement, and a $300 payment upon hiring. New drivers will then spend 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor for coaching on backing, logs, fueling, and trip planning, with weekly pay during this training period. Upon completion, drivers will be assigned their own truck, averaging about 1.5 years old.

Requirements

• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Must be 21 or older.
• New CDL grad with 120+ school hours, or 6 months of recent experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities
