Prince George's County drivers: dedicated day shift, home 3 or more nights a week, most weekends off. This is a dedicated account out of Upper Marlboro. Drivers will run day routes with preloaded trailers. New CDL graduates are welcome and will receive training. Drivers can expect to earn between $0.70 to $0.74 a mile, with an average of 1,600 miles per week, resulting in approximately $1,400 per week. Stop pay is $25 per stop. Weekly direct deposit is provided. The work schedule is day shift with preloaded trailers and live unloads at the stops. Drivers will be home 3 or more nights a week and most weekends, with some weeks being 6 days long. For new CDL holders, there is a structured path including orientation (up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus fare reimbursed, $300 upon hiring) and 4 to 6 weeks of paid one-on-one training with a mentor. After training, drivers will run dedicated day routes solo.
