The CBU Controller is responsible for financial matters, including budgeting, month-end reporting, squeeze management (maintaining and improving value-added, such as selling price less material cost), internal controls, and year-end audits. The CBU Controller supports management in making profitable business decisions. The role's main missions include contributing to the elaboration of semi-annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and five-year plans; participating in month-end reporting with a focus on reliability, consistency, and transparency; analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with program management teams; participating in profitability and cash improvement initiatives; developing, executing, and controlling internal procedures, including spending authorizations, in accordance with Corporate policies; contributing to business plan elaboration and financial justifications for new business acquisition; and reviewing the financial impact of current and future activities/decisions. Specific responsibilities include Squeeze Management, managing Past Due A/R, validating VA/VE savings, BumpChart follow-up, Supplier Retro Calculation, and monitoring Serial Program Spending.
