About the MBA Consultant role You’ll lead technical analysis across litigation, regulatory, and commercial strategy matters involving advanced semiconductor technologies. From chip architecture and circuit design, to process nodes and hardware systems. You’ll translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that shape expert testimony.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
  • An MBA or equivalent commercial training
  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally in consulting, product or strategy roles
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of hardware systems and business drivers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in parallel

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical analysis in litigation, regulatory, and strategy matters involving semiconductor technologies (e.g., circuit design, chip architecture, semiconductor process nodes, and hardware systems).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for use in legal proceedings, economic reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to case strategy by identifying core technical arguments, relevant market dynamics, and potential competitive impacts.
  • Support business development efforts, including scoping technical components of new engagements and participating in proposal development.
