About The Position

CBIA SEAT Activations Manager About the role Reporting into the APAC OU Market Activation Lead, this is a critical role ensuring the OU remains closely connected to our consumer, shopper and customer at cluster level across APAC. The role will act as a critical link point between the OU and the Cluster in key areas. Welcome to Haleon. Requirements

  • Significant Insight and consumer understanding of research tools across communication. Innovation, shopper etc.
  • Working knowledge of Analytical Capabilities including MMM, Price Elasticity and AI Capabilities is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage changing priorities in an efficient way
  • Strong influencing skills at senior stakeholder level
  • Strong commercial understanding including P&L management
  • Strong experience of Shopper & Consumer Insight and demonstrated ability to impact growth
  • Ability to drive transformation agenda on large scale to support Growth ambition

Responsibilities

  • Taking OU insights and analytics and driving relevancy and applicability deep into the clusters/markets to support the growth agenda
  • Drive the key cross category growth priorities via consumer and shopper understanding in the Cluster (e.g. Healthy aging, Liquids, Dcommerce)
  • Support the category OU CBIA team to execute research and consumer understanding in the cluster with excellence
  • Responsibility for working alongside enterprise colleagues across the clusters to understand performance drivers, partner on strategically critical customer projects
  • Shaping and driving shopper and consumer related insight projects linked to relevant local brands
  • Partnering with Category and ComEx Teams within the Clusters to elevate Consumer and Shopper Understanding
  • Partner with Cluster Leadership Teams to ensure Consumer First Always mindset is fully embedded in driving the growth agenda across cluster
