The Catering Supervisor oversees catering operations, staff coordination, recipe and menu support, and event execution from the food and beverage perspective, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. This role is a working supervisor position and is expected to actively participate in food preparation and cooking during events. This role is primarily focused on catering and event execution, with additional support responsibilities in Quick Service and Event Operations as needed to help fill operational gaps.
