The supervisor is responsible for ensuring high quality, good-tasting, and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames, managing daily functions by reviewing menus and production needs, monitoring staff to ensure protocols are followed, assessing guest satisfaction, communicating with staff, and enforcing safety and sanitation standards.
