The Catering Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The Catering Supervisor initially reviews details with the Director. The Supervisor meets the staff at the beginning of a shift and checks each staff member in for the event. The Supervisor should understand the content of the menu and ensure timely delivery of food. Strict following of food safety and guidelines are required. The server is responsible for executing area set up and breakdown. The Supervisor oversees the breakdown of the event once it is concluded.
