About The Position

Catering Operations Site Leads guide Zerocater’s On-Site Specialists to maximize team performance and provide excellent client experiences. The role includes ensuring meals run smoothly, building relationships with clients, and serving as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic representative of Zerocater. The position is part-time, with a set weekly schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; additional shifts at other sites may be available.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a team lead or management position, with a background in hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
A track record of being a team player and working with others to ensure smooth execution.
Responsible, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with little to no supervision.
Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Able to kneel, crouch, and bend.
Able to walk up and down flights of stairs.
Able to stand and walk for 3–4 hours per shift.
At least 18 years of age.
Available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and answer their questions or address their issues.
Conduct pre-shift preparation and delegate shift responsibilities to appropriate team members.
Ensure Zerocater standards are exceeded with every meal served.
Make executive decisions about meal issues and respond quickly.
Schedule new On-Site Specialists to shadow current employees, ensuring consistent quality and service.
