We are seeking an exuberant Catering Sales Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for a luxury events professional and a natural salesperson who can bring events to life for clients. The position involves developing creative ways to maximize profit, achieving set revenue goals, and supporting the financial, business, and marketing objectives for meetings, parties, and other gatherings. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people are essential.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in hospitality and food & beverage
- Expert in Catering & Events
- Strong leader
- Natural salesperson
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written
- Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
