About The Position

Reports to Catering Management Team for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of the Catering Sales Department. This role demands strong organization, prompt communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

1 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality.
Ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.
Ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English.
Ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.

An outgoing personality is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures proper staffing levels and that Catering locations are set and ready for business prior to doors on events days and adjusting to the business during events as needed.
Creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system and submitting for client signature in accordance with venue deadlines.
Supports Catering team on event planning and execution.
Organize group needs weekly – touch base regarding upcoming events and registration activity.
Responsible for setup, collection and auditing of all event paperwork.
Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.
Conducts regular scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members.
Displays a positive attitude towards team members.
Maintains a positive relationship with non-profit organizations, the client, location business partners and sub-contractors.
Completes all projects in a timely manner.
Uses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
Creates legendary experience for guests, team members and clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
