Catering Production Cook (All Levels) – New Denver Kitchen
About The Position
Iacofano's Catering & Events is hiring Catering Production Cooks at all levels for a new production kitchen at 2171 S Grape St in Denver. The kitchen serves private aviation, corporate, and event clients and operates 24/7. Pay is $19.50 to $29.50 per hour, depending on level: Cook 3 earns $19.50 to $22.50, Cook 2 earns $22.00 to $26.00, and Cook 1 earns $25.00 to $29.50. Employees are paid weekly. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Shifts may begin as early as 3:30 AM, with afternoon and overnight shifts available; weekends and holidays are required. Applications are accepted through November 30, 2026.
Requirements
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen systems consistently.
- Be able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to work early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Be reliable and punctual.
Nice To Haves
- Kitchen, catering, or food production experience.
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- Prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces, and prepared meals according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
- Work prep, grill, saute, and packaging stations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep the assigned station clean and organized.
