About The Position

Iacofano's Catering & Events is hiring Dishwashers for its new production kitchen at 2171 S Grape St in Denver. The kitchen prepares food for private aviation, corporate, and event clients in a high-volume operation that runs 24/7. The Dishwasher ensures kitchen wares are clean and sanitized and supports general kitchen cleanliness and operations. The role may involve full-time or part-time work. Shifts are available across the 24/7 operation, with start times as early as 3:30 AM and afternoon and overnight shifts also available. Weekends and holidays are required. Pay is $22.00 per hour.

Able to work effectively with kitchen staff.
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to stand and walk for a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds.
Able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
Able to frequently immerse hands in water.
Able to work in a hot and damp environment.
Able to work early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Dishwashing, kitchen, catering, or food production experience.

Responsibilities

Wash all wares, including pots, pans, cooking tools, and other culinary items, by hand or with a dishwasher.
Correctly place and store items in their designated home locations.
Clean trash receptacles.
Help clean the facility by mopping, wiping down tables, cleaning equipment, and completing other cleaning tasks.
Help put deliveries away.
May assist with cleaning and preparing food for cooking or serving, as directed.
Keep work areas safe, clean, and orderly in accordance with company, local, and state guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
