About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to provide in-home care to seniors in Russell, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The positions include Homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Experienced caregivers and people beginning a caregiving career are encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants without HHA or CNA certification may be eligible for free HHA training and certification.

Caregivers may support clients with personal care and daily living activities, bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, emotional support, laundry, maintaining a safe home environment, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and reporting changes in a client's well-being. Shifts may be 8 to 12 hours, depending on the assignment, with day and overnight options. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Applicants may be experienced caregivers or people seeking to begin a caregiving career.

Nice To Haves

• HHA or CNA certification; free HHA training and certification are available to qualified applicants who do not yet have certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
