Requirements

3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality management
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and client relationships
Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing demands

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to design menus and event details within budget
Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
Hire, train, and schedule catering staff
Manage vendor contracts, event logistics, and financial records
Ensure high-quality service and resolve client concerns
Be hands on during events to ensure operational excellence and coach your team to continuous improvement
Review event performance and drive continuous improvement/ innovation
