About The Position

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Elior Collegiate Dining team in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events.

Requirements

  • At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one years’ experience in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

  • Training and supervising servers and cooks.
  • Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.
