Requirements

  • Proven experience in catering, event management, or hospitality leadership
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Budget management and cost control skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Food and Beverage management in private club environment

  • Hospitality or culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
  • Manage and supervise catering staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet set up team
  • Ensure all events are delivered with high standards of service, quality, and professionalism
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and manage budgets, pricing, and inventory for catering services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
