About The Position

As the Dining Room Manager for Specialty Dining at Fidelity Investments, you will lead the way in crafting an outstanding atmosphere for our guests! You will be managing reservations, coordinating food and beverage service, and ensuring an outstanding ambiance in our signature venues. Your role is pivotal in providing flawless service that leaves a lasting impression.

Requirements

  • A high school degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Proven experience in an upscale dining environment.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • a college degree is preferred
  • ServSafe Food, CPR Training, and TiPS Alcohol Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the daily operations of the front of house team, ensuring smooth and efficient service from breakfasts, lunches, and occasional receptions & dinners.
  • Handling inventory for front of house sections, making certain they remain sufficiently supplied to support business demands.
  • Supervising and training the waitstaff team, conducting pre-service briefings, and crafting work schedules to maintain service excellence.
  • Managing reservations, ensuring accuracy, and communicating dietary restrictions with the culinary team.
  • Reporting on volume of activity and projections.
