About The Position
Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company that works with national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners, deliver and set up food at locations such as offices, hospitals, schools, and event venues, and represent Meals Now and the restaurant professionally. Drivers follow delivery instructions carefully and take clean setup photos at drop-off. This is an independent contractor role focused exclusively on catering delivery; fast food, grocery delivery, and gig stacking are not part of the work. The listed pay is $18–$50+ per order, with weekly pay via GigSafe (Next Day) and additional incentives for on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality.
Requirements
- Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
- Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
- Have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Have a smartphone with internet/data.
- Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts, listed as 7 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
- Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
