About The Position

Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company trusted by national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners and deliver and set up food at offices, hospitals, schools, and event venues. Drivers represent Meals Now and its restaurant partners, following instructions precisely and providing professional, punctual, and courteous service. The role focuses exclusively on catering deliveries, not fast food, grocery delivery, or gig stacking. Compensation is $25–$45+ per delivery, with weekly pay through GigSafe (Next Day) and additional incentives for on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality. Drivers work as independent contractors. Weekday morning and lunch availability from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. is requested; business hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Sunday, with the market mostly busy Tuesday through Friday.

Requirements

Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
Hold a valid driver's license and insurance.
Have a smartphone with internet/data access.
Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
