About The Position
Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company that works with national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers act as an extension of Meals Now’s and its clients’ brands, providing clean, professional, and consistent service. Drivers pick up large catering orders from restaurant partners, deliver and set up food at customer locations, follow delivery instructions, and photograph completed setups. This is an independent contractor role focused exclusively on catering delivery; the posting says not to take fast-food or grocery deliveries or stack other gigs. Compensation is $18–$50+ per delivery, paid the next day via Gigsafe, with additional incentives tied to on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality.
Requirements
- Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
- Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
- Have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Have a smartphone with internet/data access.
- Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts; the stated hours are 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
- Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
- Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
Responsibilities

- Represent Meals Now and the restaurant professionally, punctually, and courteously.
- Follow delivery instructions with precision and care.
- Take clean setup photos at drop-off.
