About The Position

Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company trusted by national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers serve as an extension of the company’s and its restaurant clients’ brands by delivering catering orders professionally, punctually, and consistently. Drivers pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners and deliver and set up food at locations such as office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues. The role focuses exclusively on catering delivery, not fast food, groceries, or gig stacking. Drivers are paid per delivery, with compensation of $18–$50+ per order, payment the next day via Gigsafe, and additional incentives tied to on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality. This is an independent contractor opportunity for a limited group of high-performing drivers in each market.

Requirements

Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
Have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Have a smartphone with internet/data.
Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts; the stated availability window is 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.

Responsibilities

Pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners.
Deliver and set up food in office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues.
Represent Meals Now and restaurant partners professionally, punctually, and courteously.
Follow delivery instructions precisely and carefully.
Take clean setup photos at drop-off.
