About The Position

BIBIBOP is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support our Catering Manager with flawless event execution. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with current guests and partners, managing catering events from start to finish (delivery, setup, service, and breakdown), maintaining organized logs of catering orders, and supporting store teams with catering execution. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on event bookings. Schedule will fluctuate with catering volume and seasonal demand.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales and outreach (cold calls, emails, in-person visits)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with use of both company and personal vehicle, mileage reimbursement with use of personal vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Strong organizational skills – Attention to detail with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Orders are extensive, with includes correct product labeling, highlighting food allergies across multiple different food combinations
• Communication – Clear and concise communication with all levels of team members, guests and catering clients with a focus on building strong community relationships
