Requirements

• Team player attitude
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to get one — we’ll pay for it!)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of kitchen/cooking experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus in a manner in which preserves food freshness, quality, and appeal
• If shift requires, be willing to help with both putting away stock, and dishwashing
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage at all times
• Communicate with your team and leadership to keep things running smoothly
• Pitch in on other kitchen tasks as needed
