About The Position

Solé Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos. Here, guests enjoy the popular BALEENkitchen, a bar, beach access and pool service. We are excited to welcome a new Catering & Conference Services Manager to our Sunny Isles staff. Requirements

  • Experience in a similar size hotel (200+ rooms).
  • Full service hotel experience, preferably in an upscale independent hotel.
  • Dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset.
  • Ability to be counted on when things don’t go as planned.

Responsibilities

  • Sell about 60% of the time, with a primary sales focus to further cultivate and develop the social, wedding and corporate markets with an annual quota of $750K.
  • Dedicate the remaining 40% to servicing catering groups and administrative tasks.
