The Catering & Conference Service Manager is responsible for selling and servicing catering accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed food and beverage revenue goals. This role involves overseeing client functions to ensure customer satisfaction and providing conference services for most in-house groups, conferences, and meetings. The manager will also work collaboratively with other hotel departments to deliver quality service. The position is full-time and exempt, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
