The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, responsible for driving client satisfaction, operational alignment, and account growth. You will work closely and collaborate with our sales, operations and culinary teams. This role blends hospitality, operations, and commercial awareness to ensure consistent execution and long-term partnership success. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a natural ability to build relationships. The ideal candidate communicates clearly across teams and is equally comfortable managing client expectations and operational details. A background in hospitality or food service, combined with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and accountability, will be key to success in this role.
