About The Position

Santikos is looking for Cast & Crew members to provide our guests with exceptional service at our Northwest location. This role involves greeting guests, serving concessions, stocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness of various areas within the theater. For Alabama applicants aged 21 and over, this role also includes responsibilities related to alcohol service, such as verifying legal drinking age, adhering to alcohol service policies, and maintaining bar stock levels.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Prior work experience is helpful but not required
Alabama applicants 21+: current Alabama RVP license preferred
Be friendly and outgoing
Ability to listen and follow directions
Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
Dependable with attendance

Responsibilities

Greet guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a personable voice.
Welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude.
Serve guests at concession, handling food and following safety and sanitation procedures.
Stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go’s, and concession stations.
Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
Remove trash, sweep, mop, and wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails in a fast-paced manner.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.
