About The Position

Cast & Crew members provide guests with exceptional service at the Four Season Station location. This role involves greeting guests, serving concessions, maintaining cleanliness, and for Alabama applicants 21+, serving alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Be friendly and outgoing
Ability to listen and follow directions
Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!
For Alabama applicants 21+: current Alabama RVP license preferred

Prior work experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Greet guests with eye contact, friendly smile, and personable voice.
Welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude.
Serve guests at concession, handling food – following safety and sanitation procedures.
Stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go’s and concession stations.
Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
Remove trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails, in a fast-paced manner.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Accurately take and prepare guest orders.
For Alabama applicants 21+: Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area.
