About The Position
The Casino Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of Slots, Casino Beverage, and Table Games. This role ensures that team members deliver courteous, timely, and exceptional service to all guests. The supervisor also oversees the activities of the casino floor to maintain an efficient, compliant, and profitable gaming environment, while ensuring guests have a favorable gaming experience.
