About The Position

The Dual Rate Casino Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of casino floor operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and guest-focused gaming environment. This role provides leadership to front-line team members, ensures adherence to all gaming regulations and company policies, and supports operational efficiency across assigned areas of the casino during a schedule shift. The Dual Rate Supervisor actively monitors guest service standards, operational controls, and team performance; addresses issues in real time; and collaborates with department leaders to maintain smooth casino operations. This position models professionalism, integrity, and accountability while supporting the casino’s service and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficiency with iOS devices and computer systems
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Knowledge of Casino Regulations
  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
  • Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Casino operations or Casino Industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day‑to‑day casino floor operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant gaming activity
  • Monitor table games and/or assigned casino areas for adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote and maintain a high level of guest service by resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Safeguard Caesars Entertainment assets, including cash, chips, gaming equipment, and sensitive information
  • Enforce internal control procedures and immediately address irregularities or security concerns
  • Provide leadership, direction, and on‑the‑floor supervision to dealers and other assigned team members
  • Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the shift
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies
  • Report incidents, disputes, and violations in accordance with established procedures
  • Handle guest disputes, employee issues, and operational challenges with sound judgment and professionalism
  • Make timely decisions to maintain operational flow and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with management, surveillance, security, and other departments
  • Provide accurate shift updates, incident documentation, and operational feedback as required
  • Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
