Montana’s Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Casino Manager to join our team. We immediately create a comfortable, fun environment for our guests to enjoy.   • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and reset signs interior and exterior
  • Ability to grow location revenue

  • Ability to perform administrative tasks including audits, bookkeeping, payroll, record and file maintenance, ID logs, ordering and invoicing, advertising, public relations, making daily deposits, and daily report writing

  • Ability to prepare and complete the liquor store for audits

  • Ability to manage merchandise including inventory, receiving, pricing, stocking, displaying, rotating bar inventories, and auditing of liquor store inventory

  • Must maintain a current Montana Driver’s License with an appropriate driving record

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for customer service at your location, and supervisory decisions consistent with Casino Operations standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in planning, leadership, developing, organizing, and follow-up in controllable expenses, sales increases, inside gross margin, proper security and control of corporate funds, shortage controls, promotion programs, and monitoring competitors.
  • Set the proper example for co-workers in terms of professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in the areas of customer service and casino operations.
  • Be responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of your location, hiring and discipline of employees, when necessary, succession planning for promoting employees, and controlling unnecessary turnover.
  • Know and/or perform duties of Floor Runner, Bartender, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager.
  • Collect non-sufficient fund (NSF) checks; sign warrant documents when payment is not received, ensure the security of the location and company assets, in accordance to policy and procedures, security surveillance equipment operating properly with the best views possible, report deficiencies immediately.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and reset signs interior and exterior i.e., window message signs, pole signs, building signs, hours of operation, open/close, advertising of new games, etc.
  • Grow location revenue by having an effectively managed location, including hiring, training, delivering exceptional service, managing proper staffing, keeping the property clean and safe, evaluating competition, and being aware of your community’s economy.
  • Supervise, hire, train, orient, develop succession plan of floor runners, bartenders, bookkeepers, assistant managers, and managers in training.
  • Perform administrative tasks that include audits, bookkeeping, payroll, record and file maintenance, ID logs, ordering and invoicing for casino and liquor stores, advertising, public relations, making daily deposits, and daily report writing.
  • Audit machines for accuracy of hard & soft meters, times, dates, program numbers, version numbers, service forms sent to the office in required times per policy and procedure, corrections, and follow-up done in a timely manner on state inspections.
  • Prepare and complete the liquor store for audits and have full knowledge of the liquor store, maintain the business at company standards, and keep a running book for the liquor store up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Submit paperwork to the corporate office, accident reports, incident reports, snow removal logs, meeting agendas, timecards, upload sheets, vendor service forms, state service forms etc.
  • Merchandise to include inventory, receiving, pricing, stocking, displaying, rotating bar inventories, and auditing of liquor store inventory.
  • Monitor players club activity to ensure the integrity of the club i.e., customer tier levels, and the ability to come to sound solutions by investigating and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and/or perform basic repairs of gaming machines and bar equipment, to include sending in replacement parts for repair and loaner parts to the appropriate vendor in a timely manner, keeping solutions binders, and equipment logs, machine maintenance logs current and available.
  • Maintain a current Montana Driver’s License with an appropriate driving record, and can operate a vehicle to run errands (i.e., bank, store, post office, meetings, county attorney, etc.)
