About The Position

Midnite is seeking a Casino Manager to lead the launch, growth, and long-term performance of its casino operations in the Canadian market. This role involves market strategy, commercial performance, player engagement, and operational execution. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing Midnite's casino presence across Canada, shaping the local player experience while ensuring the product is commercially competitive and compliant within a regulated environment. This position requires close collaboration with Product, CRM, Marketing, Compliance, and Data teams, utilizing player insights, local market knowledge, and performance analytics to drive growth and optimize the Canadian casino experience.

Requirements

  • Experience within iGaming or online casino operations, ideally within regulated markets.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian gaming landscape, particularly Ontario and AGCO/iGO environments.
  • Proven ability to drive casino growth through commercial strategy, promotions, and player engagement initiatives.
  • Highly analytical with experience using casino KPIs and player data to optimise performance.
  • Strong understanding of casino platforms, game providers, bonusing tools, and player lifecycle management.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational ownership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for gaming, localisation, and building strong player experiences within new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for Midnite’s casino offering across Canada, including Ontario and future regulated provinces.
  • Own the day-to-day commercial performance of the Canadian casino vertical across revenue, retention, and player value.
  • Localise the casino experience including game selection, promotions, UX, and player journeys for the Canadian audience.
  • Monitor key KPIs including GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, and player lifetime value to drive data-led decisions.
  • Manage relationships with game providers, aggregation platforms, and external partners.
  • Design and optimise promotional, loyalty, and bonusing strategies tailored to Canadian players.
  • Ensure all operations remain compliant with Canadian gaming regulations including AGCO and iGaming Ontario requirements.
  • Partner closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Compliance, and Data teams to improve player experience and support market growth.
  • Stay close to competitor activity, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities within the Canadian iGaming market.
