About The Position

The Casino Host position is responsible for enhancing gaming revenues through increased visitation and player consolidation. This role involves creating loyalty among valued customers by building lasting relationships and utilizing marketing techniques. The host will ensure a fun and welcoming experience for guests, maintaining close contact through personal interactions. Responsibilities include greeting charter arrivals, welcoming guests during check-in/check-out, in the casino, and at special events. The role requires anticipating guest needs, arranging transportation and accommodations, and using sound judgment with comp guidelines. Handling difficult guests professionally and complying with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies with integrity and honesty are also key aspects of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The work environment is diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven, requiring multi-project coordination, prioritizing, and flexibility for last-minute requests and changes.

Responsibilities

  • Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through increased visitation and play consolidation of players.
  • Creates loyalty among valued customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques.
  • Creates a fun-filled, welcoming experience for guests.
  • Maintains close ties with guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
  • Greets charter arrivals at Atlantic City airport.
  • Greets guests upon check-in/ check-out, in the casino and participates in special events.
  • Anticipates guests’ needs and quickly responds to guests’ requests to arrange transportation and accommodations.
  • Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines.
  • Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
  • Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
  • Other duties as assigned.
